All issues unsettled by these TERMS will be given ruling in accordance with the decrees of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising out of or related to the present TERMS, which cannot be settled through negotiations and by mutual agreement, will be referred to giving ruling before the competent Bulgarian bodies.
